[1] Policy must have more than 5 years of premium payment period or is a policy with 1 year coverage term that is automatically renewable
[2] The credit card must be the insured’s card or the cardholder’s surname must be the same as the insured
[3] Reserved for premium payment only (excludes any type of liability payment)

Steps for cash payment at bank counters

1. Fill out "Part 3 (for banks)" of your billing notice by specifying bank branch and premium payment date
2. Bring the billing notice with you to pay cash at any bank counters near you
3. The bank will take Part 3 (for banks), then stamp and sign on Part 1 (for insured) and issue a copy for you to keep as evidence
4. Check the details in the copy against your policy to make sure the bank has correctly processed your payment

• ATM payment: You are able pay your own or others’ premium through ATM machines by following the steps of the below 7 banks:

• Internet payment:You are able pay your own or others’ if you are a member of Krungsri Online. Payment will be deducted from the member’s savings account or current account through www.krungsrionline.comThis service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. On the Bill Payment page, please fill in the policy number in the Customer ID (Ref#1) field and state the premium due date in the Bill Reference Number (Ref#2) field.
